Key Responsibilities:

On-Ground Activations (LCOs & Consumers)

  • Plan and execute on-ground activations targeting LCOs as well as end consumers (society activations, stalls, roadshows, local events, etc.)
  • Design engagement programs to motivate LCOs and improve partner visibility and performance
  • Drive consumer-level activations to increase brand awareness, trials, and subscriptions
  • Identify high-potential micro-markets for localized interventions

Campaign Execution (ATL / BTL / Digital)

  • Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels
  • Customize central campaigns for local relevance and impact
  • Leverage digital platforms (WhatsApp, social media, performance marketing) to amplify on-ground efforts

Communication & Collaterals

  • Develop and deploy LCO-facing and consumer-facing marketing collaterals (flyers, posters, banners, digital creatives, etc.)
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
  • Coordinate with internal creative teams and agencies for timely delivery

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Work closely with LCOs, sales & distribution teams, and external vendors/agencies
  • Ensure seamless coordination and execution of activations across locations
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners for sustained engagement

Reporting & Effectiveness Tracking

  • Track performance of activations across footfall, leads, conversions, and LCO engagement
  • Share insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns
  • Maintain regular MIS and campaign reports

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Telecom, BFSI, Media, or Consumer-facing industries
  • Experience working with channel partners / distribution networks (LCOs, agents, DSAs, etc.)
  • Exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing

Skills Required:

  • Good understanding of ATL, BTL, and digital marketing
  • Proven experience in on-ground activations (B2B + B2C exposure preferred)
  • Ability to manage hyperlocal campaigns and multiple stakeholders
  • Good communication, coordination, and execution skills
  • Data-driven mindset with basic knowledge of campaign tracking
