Key Responsibilities:
On-Ground Activations (LCOs & Consumers)
- Plan and execute on-ground activations targeting LCOs as well as end consumers (society activations, stalls, roadshows, local events, etc.)
- Design engagement programs to motivate LCOs and improve partner visibility and performance
- Drive consumer-level activations to increase brand awareness, trials, and subscriptions
- Identify high-potential micro-markets for localized interventions
Campaign Execution (ATL / BTL / Digital)
- Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels
- Customize central campaigns for local relevance and impact
- Leverage digital platforms (WhatsApp, social media, performance marketing) to amplify on-ground efforts
Communication & Collaterals
- Develop and deploy LCO-facing and consumer-facing marketing collaterals (flyers, posters, banners, digital creatives, etc.)
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
- Coordinate with internal creative teams and agencies for timely delivery
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Work closely with LCOs, sales & distribution teams, and external vendors/agencies
- Ensure seamless coordination and execution of activations across locations
- Build strong relationships with channel partners for sustained engagement
Reporting & Effectiveness Tracking
- Track performance of activations across footfall, leads, conversions, and LCO engagement
- Share insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns
- Maintain regular MIS and campaign reports
