Business Analyst – Manager/Senior Manager

Strategic Business Analyst with 8–12 years of experience in Telecom/ISP, partnering closely with Leadership to drive business priorities and execution excellence. Translates strategic vision into actionable plans, tracks key initiatives, defines KPIs, and proactively flags risks and bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery.
Leads deep-dive analysis on sales performance, pipeline health, revenue realization, and growth opportunities. Develops dashboards, financial models, board decks, and executive presentations, converting complex data into clear, insight-driven narratives. Coordinates cross-functional initiatives and supports high-impact decision-making in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Strong expertise in financial analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with the Leadership on strategic planning and business priorities
- Translate Leader’s vision and mandates into actionable execution plans
- Track progress on key initiatives and ensure timely delivery
- Flag critical risks, bottlenecks, and areas of concern proactively
- Define and track KPIs across departments
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Support scenario planning and decision modelling
- Track sales performance across regions, products, and channels
- Monitor pipeline health, conversion ratios, and revenue realization
- Develop sales dashboards and performance scorecards
- Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare high-quality board decks and investor presentations
- Develop executive summaries with clear insights and recommendations
- Support the Leader in external and internal stakeholder presentations
- Synthesize complex data into concise strategic narratives
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives
- Follow up on action items from leadership meetings
Skills Required:
