Senior strategy leader with 12–16 years of experience in Telecom/ISP, responsible for driving long-term corporate strategy and business growth. Leads 3–5 year strategic planning aligned with shareholder goals, identifies growth opportunities across broadband, enterprise connectivity, and bulk bandwidth, and evaluates new market entry, M&A, and partnership opportunities.
Provides data-driven market insights, builds financial models for network expansion and product launches, and supports Board-level decision-making. Acts as a strategic advisor to the MD and Executive Committee, collaborating cross-functionally with Network, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Operations teams to drive digital transformation and sustainable business growth.
Role Overview:
Business Analyst
- Experience: 12-16 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of 3–5 year corporate strategy aligned with shareholder objectives.
- Facilitate annual strategic planning and long-range business planning processes.
- Identify growth levers across broadband, enterprise connectivity and Bulk bandwidth
- Analyze broadband market trends including FTTH expansion, fixed wireless
- Provide data-driven insights to inform pricing, product bundling, and geographic expansion.
- Identify new market entry opportunities (greenfield fiber builds, acquisitions, partnerships).
- Evaluate inorganic growth opportunities including M&A and joint ventures.
- Build and validate financial models for network expansion, technology upgrades, and product launches.
- Support Board-level presentations on investment decisions and performance tracking.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across customer experience, operations, and network planning.
- Act as strategic advisor to MD and Executive Committee.
- Partner with Network, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Operations teams to ensure alignment.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 12–16 years of experience in strategy, telecom, broadband.
- Proven experience in corporate strategy
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Experience presenting to Board and executive leadership.
