Seasoned Project Delivery Leader with 12–16 years of experience in Telecom/ISP project and program management. Expertise in end-to-end deployment of Broadband, ILL, P2P links, FTTH, POP installations, and network infrastructure. Proven track record in ensuring SLA adherence, driving high uptime and customer satisfaction, optimizing operational processes, and managing budgets effectively. Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring cross-functional teams, managing vendors, and mitigating project risks to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
Role Overview:
Delivery Head
- Experience: 12-16 years
- Preferred Industry: Telecom or ISP project/program management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery & Operations: Oversee end-to-end deployment of Broadband links, ILL, P2Ps, network infrastructure, including last mile connectivity, and POP (Point of Presence) installations.
- Customer Experience & SLAs: Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, maintain high uptime, and improve customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Process Improvement: Implement and enhance operational processes for service delivery to maximize efficiency, quality and profitability.
- Budget & Cost Control: Define project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure projects are completed within budgeted costs.
- Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead, train, and mentor project managers, field engineers, and support teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks in the deployment or operational phase and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Telecom/Electronics) and Business Management.
- Education & Experience: Experienced professionals, minimum qualification required is Graduation with sufficient relevant experience in the related field.
Skills Required:
- Experience: 12-16 years of experience in telecom or ISP project/program management.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of telecom network infrastructure, fiber-to-the-home (FTTH), and managed services.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional teams.
- Tools: Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems.
