Risk, Governance & Compliance
- Establish robust risk management frameworks and escalation mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Drive proactive identification and mitigation of enterprise-level risks.
Program & Portfolio Oversight
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously ensuring prioritization and resource optimization.
- Drive interdependencies across projects and ensure seamless coordination.

Executive Stakeholder Management
- Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Commercial Accountability
- Ensuring alignment with project budgets & forecasts
- Ensure cost efficiency and value delivery.
- Oversee contract negotiations, vendor management, and commercial aspects.

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing project teams and leadership pipelines.
