Experience: 8–12 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pursuing new broadband deployment opportunities

Lead Ground Activations
Build long-term relationships
Identify high-density areas and prioritize acquisition
Negotiate exclusive or preferred access for broadband deployment
Ensure timely approvals for fiber infrastructure rollout
Handle escalations, objections, and compliance-related challenges
Support revenue targets through ground penetration strategies

2. Marketing Activations

Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities:
Design localized campaigns to increase brand visibility and conversions
Collaborate with marketing teams for targeted promotions

3. Digital Partnerships & App Syndication

Drive in-app promotions, banner ads, and lead generation campaigns
Track performance of digital campaigns and optimize ROI
Explore new tech-enabled channels for customer acquisition
Establish and manage partnerships with E-Commerce Portals:

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with:
- Network deployment teams (for feasibility & execution)
- Legal/compliance teams (for agreements & documentation)
- Product/marketing teams (for campaigns & offers)
